The view from the room overlooking the city was astonishing, especially at night. Friendly staff assisted us from check-in to dinner reservations, providing seamless service throughout our stay. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, combining both Japanese and Western dishes, and the unique set dinner featured exotic fare like sushi and escargot. However, the distance from the town center and the uphill walk were somewhat inconvenient, and I found the outdoor onsen a bit small with limited scenery.

The location is amazing with breathtaking views of the
sea from my room. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially when they upgraded my room after I expressed concern about my bedding. However, the breakfast could use more variety to cater to different tastes.

We had a lovely time with our kids, especially enjoying the stunning views of the city from our room and the relaxing rotemburo to unwind after a long day. The breakfast buffet was a treat, with a variety of options that everyone loved, though it would have been nice to have more storage space in the room. 🌟

The view from the room overlooking Nagasaki is breathtaking, especially at night. The rooftop area offers a magnificent sight. The onsen experience was nice. the outdoor hot bath provided a peaceful atmosphere. Staff were friendly and very helpful during my stay. The set dinner featured an impressive variety of local cuisine, beautifully presented and flavorful. However, the pillows were too soft for my liking, making it hard to get comfortable at night. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection but ended too early at 9 AM, which felt rushed. I noticed the room needed some updating, especially the decor, which felt outdated. It’s also a bit tricky getting there unless you’re familiar with the bus routes or have a car, as it’s quite a hike from the main station. A couple of hooks in the bathroom for towels would have been helpful, too. Overall, a good experience, but with a few areas that could enhance comfort and convenience.

The views from my room were absolutely stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop to my stay. I appreciated the charming decor that made the common areas feel inviting and well-designed. The breakfast options, while decent, could use a bit more variety but were generally satisfying. However, the layout of the place was a bit confusing, which made navigating between buildings challenging at times.
